1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship all orders using reliable third-party carriers, such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), or other reputable mail services like Mail King USA. The specific carrier may vary based on your location, order size, and availability. We select the carrier at our discretion to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): Primarily via USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. We use USPS International or equivalent services. Please check during checkout for availability in your country.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Customized items, such as personalized love letters, may require additional processing time (up to 5 business days) to ensure quality and accuracy. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

During peak periods (e.g., holidays or promotional events), processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They begin from the date of shipment, not order placement.

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days via standard shipping; 1-3 business days via expedited options (if available).

  • International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Delays may occur due to international transit.

Factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or global events, may affect delivery times. We are not liable for any such delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Rates include handling fees and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Domestic Shipping: Starting at $0.50-$0.70 per letter (subject to change).

  • International Shipping: Additional fees apply, starting at $2.00 per letter, plus any applicable duties or taxes.

We offer free shipping promotions from time to time, as indicated on our website. All rates are in USD.

5. Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for most orders via email once shipped. For standard mail options, tracking may be limited or unavailable. If tracking is not provided, we will supply a confirmation of shipment.

You are responsible for monitoring your shipment. If you suspect a delay or issue, contact us at hello@eternalechoesletters.com with your order number.

6. Address Accuracy and Changes

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. After shipment, changes are not possible, and you may incur additional fees for re-shipment.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will investigate and, at our discretion, reship the order or issue a refund. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date.

  • Damaged Packages: Inspect your delivery upon receipt. Report damages within 7 days of delivery with photos and details to hello@eternalechoesletters.com. We will replace damaged items at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • Undelivered/Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we will reship upon payment of additional shipping fees. Refunds for returned packages exclude original shipping costs.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received (e.g., due to theft). Consider using a secure delivery address.

8. International Shipping Considerations

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid upon delivery.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance. We are not liable for customs delays or seizures.

  • Some countries may have restrictions on imported items (e.g., paper goods). Check your local regulations before ordering. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped due to restrictions.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. If your address falls under these categories, your order may be canceled and refunded.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding shipping. Prohibited items (though not applicable to our products) will not be shipped.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in shipping due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, or government actions.
